Booking Policies

Deposit Required: To reserve our 360 photo booth for your event, please complete the booking form on this website. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upfront.

Payments: We accept payments via Debit/Credit Card, or PayPal. You'll receive a final invoice reminder via email, final payments are due at least two weeks before the event.

Cancellations and Refunds: All payments are Non-refundable. However, you are allowed one deposit transfer or reschedule per booking with advance notice.

Natural disasters or Emergencies: In the event of a natural disaster or staff-related emergency, we'll promptly communicate with you to discuss rescheduling or possible refunds. Our priority is the safety of all involved, and we'll work to minimize any inconvenience.

Privacy Policy: We are always committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Any personal information collected will be used solely to fulfill the service.

Marketing Use: The photos and/or videos taken may be used for future branding and marketing. If you prefer your content not to be used, please advise us upon booking.

Feedback and Complaints: We welcome feedback from our customers and strive to address any complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Please contact us directly to provide feedback or submit a complaint, and we'll work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
